How does AI item identification work?
When you take a photo of an item, our AI analyzes the image using advanced visual recognition technology. It searches for matching products and suggests the item name, category, and estimated value. You can always edit or override the AI suggestions.
Is my data secure?
Yes! Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase with encryption in transit and at rest. We never sell your personal information, and your photos are only used to identify items for your inventory. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes up to 25 items, 100 AI scans, 5 locations, and 5 photos per item. It's perfect for getting started and organizing a small collection of belongings.
What do I get with Myne Plus?
Myne Plus ($6/month or $48/year) expands your limits to 250 items, 1,000 AI scans, 25 locations, and 10 photos per item. You also get bulk upload and CSV/PDF export features.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
You can manage your subscription in the app's Settings. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To change plans, visit your device's subscription settings.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your existing items are always preserved! If you downgrade and exceed the new plan's limits, you can still view, edit, and delete existing items. You just won't be able to add new items until you're under the limit or upgrade again.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscription settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period, and you'll retain access to your data.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies. Please contact the Apple App Store or Google Play Store directly for refund requests.
How accurate are the value estimates?
Our AI provides approximate market value estimates based on product identification and available market data. These estimates are for personal reference only and should not be used for insurance claims or official appraisals without independent verification.
Does Myne work offline?
Yes! You can view and browse your inventory offline. Items you add while offline will sync automatically when you reconnect to the internet.
How do I export my inventory?
Myne Plus and Pro subscribers can export their inventory as CSV or PDF files. Go to Settings > Export in the app to download your data.
Can I use Myne on multiple devices?
Absolutely! Your inventory syncs across all devices where you're signed in with the same account. Add an item on your phone, and see it instantly on your tablet.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the app's Settings under Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data. Please export your inventory first if you want to keep a copy.
What's the difference between locations and containers?
Locations are rooms or areas (like 'Living Room' or 'Garage'). Containers are optional sub-locations within a room (like 'Bookshelf' or 'Closet'). This helps you organize exactly where items are stored.
