Welcome to Myne. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Myne mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Myne Inc. ("Myne," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service.

2. Service Description

Myne is an AI-powered home inventory application that helps you:

• Catalog and organize your personal belongings
• Identify items using AI-powered image recognition
• Track estimated values of your possessions
• Organize items by location (rooms, properties, containers)
• Sync your inventory across multiple devices

The Service uses artificial intelligence to suggest item identifications and valuations. These are estimates only and should not be relied upon for insurance claims, appraisals, or other official purposes without independent verification.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

Available Plans

Myne offers the following subscription tiers:

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). By subscribing:

• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Play Store account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings

Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. Please contact Apple App Store or Google Play Store directly for refund requests.

4. Usage Limits & Fair Use

Each subscription tier includes specific usage limits. When you reach a limit:

• You will be notified and prompted to upgrade
• Your existing data remains accessible
• You may need to delete items or upgrade to add new ones

If your subscription expires or you downgrade:

• Your data is preserved - you can view, edit, and delete existing items
• You cannot add new items if you exceed your new tier's limits
• Premium features (bulk upload, export) become unavailable

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including photos and item information ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant Myne a limited license to:

• Store and display your content to you
• Process images through AI services to identify items
• Back up and sync content across your devices

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.

6. AI Services Disclaimer

Our AI-powered features provide:

• Item identification: Suggestions based on image analysis
• Value estimates: Approximate market values based on available data

Important disclaimers:

• AI suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete
• Value estimates are not professional appraisals and should not be used for insurance purposes without verification
• You should verify all AI-generated information for accuracy
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated information

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious content or malware
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Use the Service for any fraudulent purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Myne Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse our Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may request export of your data before deletion.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated content may contain errors. Use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYNE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Myne Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
